Ninja® OP300 Series Recall

Directions: The OP300 Series Ninja® Foodi® Tendercrisp™ Pressure Cooker lid is being recalled. Please complete the form below to submit a request for a replacement lid to be sent to you. This program is open only to USA and Canada residents. For best results, it is recommended that the form is completed on a mobile or tablet device with a rear-facing camera. You will need to take a photo of the unit's back panel to process your request. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions once submitted.

In the next step, you will need to take a photo of the product label showing the model and serial number of the unit. This label is found on the rear surface of the product. Your photo should show a legible model and serial number as shown in the sample below:
