RQA specializes in Best Practice Food Safety and Quality Systems Audits.  To assure the highest level of performance, RQA’s Kraft Approved SQE Auditors must undergo a rigorous selection and training process.  In addition, RQA’s internal Quality Assurance procedures include an audit registration process that verifies information, timing and authenticity of the report, a technical review of all reports, auditor benchmarking and performance review.  This process assures that the your company will receive the best service and the best quality report as possible.

The audit generally lasts two days on site.  The audit checklist includes a general Food Safety and Quality Systems review, a HACCP review, and in addition, a review of Kraft-specific requirements.  All findings are presented to the auditee at the closing meeting, and all findings will result in a request for corrective actions.  A Corrective Action Plan will then be generated by the auditee after the site visit, and approved by the RQA Auditor.  A report detailing the performance of your site against the audit checklist and the Corrective Action report will be provided to you and to Kraft Foods.  Verification of the completion of Corrective Action activities normally will occur during the subsequent audit unless otherwise directed by Kraft Foods.
