You may select from project types described below. Not all projects may be available in your area. Some projects require a certification and/or specialized training.

Consumer Retrieval Projects

• Travel to the consumer’s home
• Pick up a consumer complaint sample
• Package and ship the item

Product Retrieval Projects

• Purchase a specific product
• Purchase product one time or at specified frequencies
• Package and ship the product

Product Withdrawals/Recalls/Effectiveness Checks

• Remove specific product from retail stores
• Purchase product for shipment or destruction
• Visit retail stores to verify that product has been removed

Retail Audits

• Assess product condition in stores
• Record display information, package and product condition
• Retail audits may require certification as a Dietitian or Nutritionist

Manufacturing Services Projects

• Rework product in warehouse locations
• Inspect product for defects in distribution centers
